Job summary:
The Deputy CEO will be responsible for achieving business plan objectives for revenue growth, profit and service quality standards, progress monitoring and reporting to the CEO and the Board as required. A natural leader and motivator, the candidate is to be able to get the best out of a diverse group of people, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and function well under pressure.
Job Duties:
- Ensure effective performance of the division at the acceptable level (as estimated on the basis of formalized key performance indicators)
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in successfully completed large innovation projects
- Projects in the field of telecom are an extra advantage
- Go-ahead, responsible, self-motivated, stress-resistant, goal-oriented, quick to learn, highly intelligent. Self-confidence. Result-oriented performance
- Readiness to regular business trips and tough work (workaholic)
