Job summary:
The construction project manager will be responsible for organization and full support of construction projects.
Job Duties:
- Arrange construction and reconstruction activities: develop the concept, single out independent activities and subcontract ones
- Carry out work planning
- Monitor the compliance with deadlines and the quality of work
- Supervise preparation of project and estimate documents
- Organize and hold tenders, search for contractors\subcontractors
Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the technology of working with contractors and subcontractors: holding tenders, selecting contractors, coordinating and monitoring their work
- Knowledge of the standards and rules of industrial and civil construction
- Experience with estimate documents
Education:
Secondary vocational or higher industry-specific education (construction, engineering)
English
Knowledge of English is a plus
