Job summary:

The Deputy Head of HR will be responsible for organizing and managing the formation, utilization and development of the company’s personnel based on the maximum fulfilment of each employee’s performance potential.

Job Duties:

  • Create and support the company’s organizational structure

  • Optimize the functions of the company’s divisions and monitor their fulfilment
