Job summary:
The HR manager will be responsible for recruiting and other functions related to HR management and ensuring conditions for personnel professional development.
Job Duties:
- Determine the sources and methods of search for candidates
- Perform personnel selection and initial estimation
- Contribute to professional and social adaptation of new employees
- Ensure that applicants pass all stages of staff recruitment process
Skills/Qualifications:
- One-year or longer experience as an HR manager is a plus
- Search, recruitment and follow-up of applicants
- Experience in recruiting IT specialists is preferable
- High work efficiency and sociability
Education:
University graduate or undergraduate
English
Knowledge of English is a plus
