Job summary:

The HR manager will be responsible for recruiting and other functions related to HR management and ensuring conditions for personnel professional development.

Job Duties:

  • Determine the sources and methods of search for candidates
  • Perform personnel selection and initial estimation
  • Contribute to professional and social adaptation of new employees
  • Ensure that applicants pass all stages of staff recruitment process

Skills/Qualifications:

  • One-year or longer experience as an HR manager is a plus
  • Search, recruitment and follow-up of applicants
  • Experience in recruiting IT specialists is preferable
  • High work efficiency and sociability

Education:

University graduate or undergraduate

English

Knowledge of English is a plus
