Job summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the good and timely performance of projects, compliance the project purposes to company’s business purposes.
Job Duties:
- Do preliminary project planning, define targets, milestones and timeframes, work out calendar work plan
- Understand customer’s needs and problems, generate the customer confidence and win its appreciation as a result of the effective work
- Organize share of necessary information within project team, handle problem situation during the project progress
- Create the conditions necessary of efficient work of the project team, resolve problems preventing the project progress
- Ensure the efficient project management
- Supervise the project progress and provide for the due reporting on the project timeframes as specified in the planning and budget documents, be responsible for the entire project result including the project check and approval, quality assurance criteria
Skills/Qualifications:
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of sales cycle, understanding of factors influencing customer’s decision making
- Understanding of most common problems at implementation of projects and knowledge of problem resolution approaches
- Knowledge of key business process of the telecommunication company
- Cases of efficient management of project team
- IT project management experience is a must
- Experience in preparation of project documentation, plans, reports for customers and executives
- Ability to understand customer’s needs, generate the customer confidence and involve it in cooperation
- Ability to fast decision making and to agree decisions with customer
- Ability to fast response to changing situation at work on project
- Knowledge of domain area (billing, telecommunication services)
- Knowledge of project management techniques (PMI PMBOK is preferred)
- Experience in managing projects on telecom business processes automation
Education:
University Degree in engineering (IT and infocommunications is preferred). The second university degree in economics is a plus.
