Job summary:

The sales manager will be responsible for achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory. Your main role will be to generate and close sales of CBOSS solutions and products. You will be responsible for large account direct sales as well as managing existing agents/dealers, recruiting new ones and helping them to build their business and go-to-market strategies.

Job Duties:

  • Generate plan to ensure broad penetration into the large accounts within your territory
  • Understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level
  • Develop and provide custom presentations on CBOSS products to customers to solve their business problems
  • Develop effective strategies for winning in a competitive environment;
  • Gather, manage and direct a virtual team during the sales cycle
  • Build network of agents/dealers

Skills/Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of field sales experience in the Technology industry
  • Previous experience selling enterprise software
  • Proven ability to sell large deals
  • Experience building partner channels is highly desired
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently, but within a team environment
  • Readiness for international business trips

University Degree (technical, economical)
