Job summary:

The technical account manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a particular CBOSS customer’s account from technical point. The technical account manager is a point of contact, and provides customer support, technical assistance and general relationship management.

Job Duties:

  • Technical support services for accounts under management
  • Maximize customer satisfaction, and achieve company’s strategic objectives with accounts under management
  • Responsible for driving overall customer satisfactions

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Understanding relational database model
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Well organized work habits with attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Education:

University Degree (technical, economical)
